You can get to the place by:
– on your own bike ,
– by bus, getting off at the “Golęcin” stop,
– by car, stopping at nearby city parking lots – we do not recommend this option

Remember – parking in the surrounding green areas may result in the intervention of the city guard 
START/FINISH and GAME ZONE– this is an information point where the team receives a game card with login instructions, signs 👉🏻 declaration 👈🏻 and sets off towards the first task 🚴🏻♂️
INTEGRATION ZONE – is a dedicated space for companies in the FRRuuu bicycle town, which allows employees a place to regenerate, have fun, exchange experiences and build relationships after the end of the route.
CHILL ZONE – this is an open space where participants can relax, eat at their favorite food trucks, refill water from Aquanet and enjoy their Saturday afternoon!
BIKE PARKING – here you can leave your bike after finishing the game – a lock to secure two wheels will come in handy
In the town you will also find:
- Decathlon bicycle service available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
- bicycle marking zone open from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
EXPO ZONE – is the area where the test route will be set, where the participants of the event will be able to experience driving on the latest vehicles! What brands can you find in the zone?

8:45 A.M. – opening of the town
GAME
We have prepared an application in which you collect points by moving according to specific directions displayed on the map. But hold on, it’s not that easy! Work as a team! The team with the highest number of points wins – the completion time of the game is irrelevant. Remember that your safety is extremely important, there is no need to race on bicycle roads.
📌STARTING THE GAME IN THE STARTING AREA
The team will receive access to a dedicated web application, which you can open using a browser – there is no need to download it to your phone.
Login instructions can be found on the game card,, which the Captain will collect on the day of the event at the START/FINISH point.
SEE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FRRUUU APP
Each team has one account, which is accessed using the code provided on the game card Only one phone is needed to play the game. We’ve designed this task for the Captain. It’s necessary for each team to have at least one additional fully charged smartphone in case of technical issues with the game leader’s phone.
Team starting numbers are assigned in the GAME ZONE.
📌TASKS
Tasks that require cooperation, logical thinking and sometimes quick action await you – work as a team and look around the route, extra points are waiting. The content of the quests and the game card will also be available in the English language version.
📌SUPPORT
In the application you will find a telephone number to which you can report technical problems regarding the game and application between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
📌COMPLETING THE GAME
Each team, after logging into the game, completes a route in approximately 4 hours and returns to the finish line in the bike town from which it started.
At the end you have a chnce to do something very important for us – influence on the next edition of FRRuuu! Every team, which will complete a survey will receive a boost of points in the game.
📌ROUTE
The time to beat the game depends on you and your team – we have already tested the route and we can say that the whole thing will take you about 3-4 hours. There are between 20 and 25 km to cover – it’s up to you to decide on the pace of riding and rest time; there’s no need to rush.
📌COMPLAINTS
Complaints and problems can be reported at the finish line of the event. Complaints, that iwll be reported later, will not be taken into account. All technical issues that could affect the outcome will be thoroughly and comprehensively verified by the app provider.

SAFETY

- Helmet
According to the regulations, every participant is required to wear a helmet. Fun and integration is important, but do not forget about the safety! Remember that the FRRuu route goes through urban bike paths.
- Insurance
The organizer provides accident insurance for participants. The organizer reserves the right to insure those participants whose information such as first name, last name, and date of birth is accurate and complete.
- Moving along the route
Remember that on the route, you will encounter other road users. Exercise caution while moving along the paths.
- Bike lock
If you have a bike lock, it’s a good idea to bring it with you to the bike town to secure your equipment after completing the route.

In the statement, you will confirm that the team has read the Regulations. It is the condition to take part in the game. The team captain submits the declaration at the starting point, in the bike town, before logging into the game. The declaration has to be signed by the whole team. You can print it out before and collect signatures or do it in the Bike town.

Toilets can be found in the bicycle town and at the point marked on the game map.
Yes, in the case of e.g. resignation of one of the team members, it’s allowed to replace or perform tasks for the absent person by another team member. Remember to update your data in the system 🙂
The Organizer allows the possibility of beating the game on a device other than a bicycle. The Participant has the option of using an electric device or other sports and recreational equipment (powered by muscles), designed to move a person in a standing position, which, according to the relevant regulations, can move on bicycle paths (e.g. electric scooter).
