Train with Well Fitness

Warm up for the city rally with a series of indoor cycling workouts organized by the event sponsor — Well Fitness.

Indoor cycling is endurance training on stationary bikes for everyone. The training lasts 55 minutes and consists of simulating riding on real terrain to the rhythm of music.

❗️Registration for each class is required – the number of places is limited

When? From August 7, every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.

Where? In four locations.

  • Well Fitness Karłowice, Wrocław

What to take with you?

Sportswear and shoes, towel, water, a lock for your locker and a good mood.

Do I need to be a Well Fitness club member or have a sports card to take part in classes?

You don’t have to. Just go to the front desk on your first visit to set up a guest account.

Do I need to be in good shape to take part in FRRuuu?

Absolutely not, everyone can handle the route! This series of classes is a great opportunity to take care of your well-being and health.

Why is it worth training on exercise bikes?

Cycling is gaining popularity due to its ability to quickly burn calories and build fitness. Classes focus on the efficiency of the respiratory system and the work of the lower body.

Indoor cycling is a workout that you can adapt to your abilities by adjusting the resistance.

A huge plus of the classes is the ability to participate regardless of weather conditions. So it’s an activity you can do all year round.
