Hi cycling detective!
This year, as you cycle through the streets of Wrocław, you’ll solve the crime mystery ‘Who kidnapped your boss?’. You’ll need to get ready for an adventure like this!
This document contains the most important information regarding your participation in the FRRuuu City Bike Game.
Please read it carefully before the start. The contents of the Information Pack are updated regularly to answer your questions.

Location and how to get there
FRRuuu will take place on 5 September (Saturday).
Location: Soccer field “Na Strzelnicy” at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław.
How to get there?
You can get to the event location:
– on your own bike,
– on a Nextbike city bike,
– by tram or bus, getting off at the Olympic Stadium stop.
We encourage you to use the means of transport mentioned above. If you’re planning to come by car, please use the municipal car parks available in the area. Remember to park only in designated spaces and not to damage the green spaces.
What should you do first?
1. If you don’t have your own bike, rent a Nextbike city bike for free using this code: FRU26WRO. See the instructions.
2. Gather your team in one place and make sure everyone has everything they need to start.
3. Appoint one person from the team to go to the Race Office to pick up the team card and starter packs. See the instructions.

Game objective, rules and prizes
Your team’s goal is to get as many points as possible.
Teams earn points for completing tasks, which are located in various interesting parts of the city.
During the game, you’ll use a dedicated web app. There you can find the game route, pins marking the task locations and instructions on how to complete them. Answers to the tasks will be submitted directly via the app by one designated member of your team.
Along the route, you’ll also encounter special tasks involving event coordinators. Once you’ve completed them, the host will give your team a QR code to scan – this will automatically add points to your team’s score.
Plot and tasks
You walk into the office on Monday morning, but something isn’t quite right. The CEO, who was always the first to arrive, is nowhere to be seen. His office is locked, and his phone isn’t ringing all the time as usual.
Suddenly, some strangers – men with menacing looks – burst into the office. They show you a document certifying that the CEO has sold the company and agreed to replace all staff with artificial intelligence. They order everyone to pack their things nad leave.
You know your CEO and you’re sure he wouldn’t do something like that. Together with your team, you grab your bikes and set off in search of answers. The mission ‘Who’s Kidnapped Your Boss?’ has begun.
You’ll be gathering clues scattered across Wrocław, connecting the dots, cracking codes and questioning suspects. Will your team be up to the task? You’ll find out on 5 September!

P.S. While registering, we ask you to use the same email address you provided when compiling your company’s list of participants. This will help us with awarding you these well deserved points!
Prizes
Classic Route
The first-place team wins PLN 5,000 (divided among team members).
Second- and third-place teams will receive prizes from Sponsors and Event Partners.
Beginner Route
Teams finishing in first- and third-place will receive prizes from Sponsors and Event Partners.
Prizes will be sent to the winning teams by post. The organisers will contact the winners by email to obtain the details required to arrange delivery of the prizes.
Starting the game
One designated team member should report to the Race Office around their team’s start time to pick up the game card and starter packs for the team.
Please provide your company name and team name – this will help us identify you quickly and allow your team to start the game sooner.
The game card will guide you step by step through the rules of the game and the process of logging in to the web app.
📱The app opens in a browser and does not require you to create an account. You log in by entering the code found on the game card. We recommend that only one team member log in to the app. In the event of technical issues with the device, a second team member can log in using the QR code visible on the team card.

Finishing the game
Solving the final task concludes the game. Once finished, we encourage you to return to the event village to enjoy the food and available attractions.
Results
The results will be announced on 5 September 2026 (on the day of the event) once the last team has completed the game.
The results of every team that has completed the game will be displayed in real time on the scoreboard located in the town.

Cycling route
The route of the FRRuuu Corporate Cycle Rally is 20 km (if you’re taking part with the Classic package) or 10 km (if you’re taking part with the Beginner package), starting and finishing at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław. The route runs mainly along cycle paths.
Along the route, you can refill your water bottle at MPWiK #PijKranówkę (Drink Tap Water) stations – their locations will be marked on the map in the app.

Here you will pick up the game card and get answers to any questions.
🥗 Vouchers for meals
Race Office is also where you can collect vouchers for catering purchased before the event.
Integration Zona
Area with dedicated corporate zones. A place for relaxation, team-building, sharing experiences and building relationships.
Chill Zone
This is where you can rest after the game, enjoy a delicious meal and make the most of your Saturday afternoon in the company of your team and other FRRuuu participants.
MPWiK #PijKranówkę
Remember to bring a reusable water bottle and stay hydrated!
In the event village, you’ll find the MPWiK #PijKranówkę water truck, where you can top up your water.
Along the route, you can fill your bottle at the MPWiK #PijKranówkę water stations – their locations will be marked on the map in the app.
Parking rowerowy
You can park your bike there once you’ve finished the game. Remember to lock it up!
Return the city bike to a Nextbike / WRM station.

Renting a city bike
Don’t have your own bike?
As part of the starter pack, you can use a voucher for 8 hours’ free city bike hire on the day of the event.
🔴 The voucher code FRU26WRO will be active on the day of the race (and can be activated the day before).
We recommend that competitors from Wrocław hire a bike from a station near their home or a transport hub.
The Nextbike station in the cycling village will be restocked, but the number of bikes is limited – let’s leave them for visitors.
🚨 The number of bikes at stations is limited. You can check their availability in the Nextbike or WRM app, or HERE.
Safety
Teams start in time slots
This helps to avoid congestion on the route and at the task stations.
Mandatory helmets
Your life and health are paramount. In accordance with the rules, you are required to wear a properly fastened helmet at all times whilst playing.
Accident insurance
Participants whose full name and date of birth are correctly entered on the registration form will be covered by accident insurance.
Medical staff along the route
Medical teams stationed along the route will be on hand to look after your health and safety.

Moving around
The tasks have been arranged so that you can follow cycle paths. Please take care, as you will also encounter other road users along the route.
Bicycle lock
If you have a bicycle lock, it’s worth taking it with you to the event village to secure your bike once you’ve completed the route.
