This year’s edition of FRRuuu – City Bike Game will take participants on a unique journey around the world.
To help you prepare for this adventure, event sponsor Medicover Sport and training partner Well Fitness have prepared something extra – a wide range of sports activities that you can take advantage of as part of the FRRuuu starter pack in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Poznań! 🔥
Why is it worth taking part in preparatory training?
FRRuuu is, above all, great fun with friends from work, but at the same time, it’s a great opportunity to take care of your fitness and use the sporting nature of the event as motivation to get moving!
While each team moves at their own comfortable pace, being in good physical shape can be beneficial when tackling the various challenges scattered throughout the city. Strength, speed, coordination, and endurance are all assets that will allow you to fully enjoy the adventure and work effectively with your team.
We recommend 3-4 hours of training per week – it’s the perfect way to use FRRuuu to motivate yourself to be active regularly and simply feel better. However, you have complete freedom – you can choose classes according to your schedule and preferences, using various locations around your city.
What training awaits you?
Well Fitness has prepared a variety of workouts tailored to the needs of FRRuuu participants. Among the offerings are indoor cycling, HIIT, functional training, circuit training, and strength training, all targeting different body parts.
Classes last 55 minutes and are led by qualified Well Fitness trainers.

How to sign up?
- Come to the Well Fitness club (you can find the list of clubs in the schedule).
- The reception staff will set up an account for you in the system.
- Enter the password “fru” and attend selected classes as part of your starter pack.
If you are an active Well Fitness member, you can sign up for classes directly through the club’s app.

What to take with you?
Sportswear and shoes, towel, water, a lock for your locker and a good mood.
Do I need to be a Well Fitness club member or have a sports card to take part in classes?
You don’t have to. Just go to the front desk on your first visit to set up a guest account.
Do I need to be in good shape to take part in FRRuuu?
Absolutely not, anyone can tackle the route! This series of classes is a great opportunity to take care of your well-being and health.
