The purpose of cooperation
The aim of the cooperation was to increase the recognition of the Body Chief brand in Poland and to present individual and corporate offers (available as a form of benefit,
as an option, corporate supplements to the box diet). At the same time, the essence of the cooperation was not only to present the scope of Body Chief’s activities, but also the values it is guided by – that is, great empathy and care for every person. Therefore, the aim in itself was to directly support the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation, and to guarantee meals for volunteers and employees carrying out Bieg Firmowy. Body Chief catering was also a form of a regenerative meal for the participants of FRRuuu.
Purpose realization and strategy
The realization of the goal was multi-dimensional. The partnership supporting Body Chief included possibility of diversifying the purchase of starter packs
with a full-value meal during BF and FRRuuu. 3 different sets have been professionally developed (meat, vegetarian and vegan).
For every purchased meal, 10 PLN was transferred directly to the pool of funds for the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation. During the event, Body Chief provided 500 meals and 100 box diets for volunteers
and active employees, which resulted in a reduction of the organizer’s costs,
and as a result, more funds for the Foundation. In parallel, before, during and after the event, a package of promotional benefits was implemented online.
Challenges during implementation
Body Chief composed a menu that did not require additional heating, and the meals remained wholesome and delicious. We also paid great attention to waste management, the scale of which at such events requires careful management.
Effects of cooperation
Participants gained a healthy, individually selected meal in ecological packaging, served right after taking part in Bieg Firmowy or FRRuuu. Additional packages for event staff and volunteers turned into even greater support for the Everest Foundation.
We are proud to be part of such an innovative event that promotes health, physical activity and integration among the corporate community. For 10 years, Body Chief has been constantly encouraging an active lifestyle and teaching healthy eating habits. Participating in the FRRuuu off-road cycling game fits perfectly with our values. For us, participating in this event is not only a sporting challenge, but also an opportunity to integrate the team!
