This material contains the most important organizational information related to your participation in the 5th edition of FRRuuu – City Bike Game.
Please read it carefully and check back here before your flight. The INFOPACK content is constantly updated to answer your questions.
Location and directions
How to get there?
You can get to the place by:
- your own bike,
- city bike Nextbike / Veturilo
- by tram or bus, getting off at the AWF stop.
If you plan to arrive by car, please use the municipal parking lots available nearby. Remember to park only in designated areas and avoid damaging green spaces.
City bike rental
Don’t have your own bike?
As part of the starter pack, you can use a voucher for 8 hours of free city bike riding on the day of the event.
🔴 The voucher code FRU25WWA will be active on the event day (with the option to activate it one day earlier).
- For Warsaw participants, we recommend renting a bike at a station near your home or transfer hub.
- The Nextbike station at the village will be stocked up, but the number of bikes is limited – let’s leave those for out-of-town participants.
🚨 The number of bikes at each station is limited. You can check availability in the Nextbike or Veturilo app, as well as here.

After a day full of challenges and physical activity, you need to take care of regeneration.
This is where you can relax after the game, eat a delicious meal, and enjoy your Saturday afternoon in the company of your team and other FRRuuu participants.
Warszawska Kranówka
Remember to take a reusable water bottle with you and stay hydrated!
In the town, you’ll find a water truck with unlimited water provided by Warszawska Kranówka.
Bicycle parking
You can park your bike there after finishing the game. Remember to lock it!
You can return the city bike at the nearest Nextbike / Veturilo stations.
Decathlon bike service
Does your bike need a minor repair? 🔧
In town you will find a free bike service where Decathlon specialists will take care of your equipment.
Please remember that this is not a full-scale service, but rather ad hoc support in preparing your bike for riding.
GAME
The aim of the FRRuuu city game is to score as many points as possible.
Teams collect them for correctly completed tasks, which are located in various, interesting parts of the city.
In order to solve some of the tasks, the results are entered into a dedicated web application, to which each participant receives access at the start of the game.
Additionally, players will have the opportunity to take part in special tasks with the organizers, thanks to which teams have the chance to win points from a larger pool.
There may also be plot twists in the form of text message hints, hidden tasks, and clues. We can’t reveal everything, so stay tuned and have fun!
Starting the game in the START/FINISH zone
One person from the team goes to the START/FINISH zone before the start to collect the game card and the starting numbers for the team.
The game card will guide you step by step through the game rules and the login process in the web application.
📱The app opens in your browser and doesn’t require you to create an account. Log in by sending a free text message (your phone number will be provided on the card). It’s important that at least two team members log in to the app in case of technical issues with one of the devices.

TASKS
Ready to travel across all continents? 🌎
Task locations will be marked on the app’s map – you decide the order in which you complete them and the route you take. Take your time and drive safely – time isn’t the game.
There will be over 20 locations along the route with tasks to unlock in the app or with the organizer. Each task offers a chance to earn points – the more, the better!
Almost all tasks are time-limited and their categories and difficulty levels vary.
Support
In the app you will find a phone number where you can report technical issues with the game and app between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
Use it if you have any questions/problems along the route or with tasks.
Completing the game
It will take you about 3-4 hours to complete the entire game. Once you complete the final task, you’ll return to the town you started from.
Complaints
Complaints and problems related to the application and results should be reported at the finish line of the event.
Complaints, that iwll be reported later, will not be taken into account. All technical issues that could affect the result will be thoroughly and comprehensively verified by the application provider.
Player Checklist
Safety
Team starts in time slots
This helps avoid congestion on the route and at task stations.
Helmet required
Your life and health are paramount. According to the regulations, you are required to wear a properly fastened helmet while playing.
Accident insurance
Players whose name, surname and date of birth are correct and completed in the registration form will be covered by personal accident insurance.
This year, your compensation claims will be handled by event partner Balcia Insurance.
Moving along the route
The tasks have been arranged so that you can navigate on bike paths. Be careful; you will also encounter other road users along the route.
Bike lock
If you have a bike lock, it’s worth taking it with you into town to keep your gear safe after you’ve finished your ride.
Results and prizes

Flexee is taking the cake! In the anniversary edition of FRRuuu, we’re going for a record-breaking prize pool of PLN 15 000.
The team that takes first place in each of the three cities will win PLN 5 000.
The second and third place winners will receive prizes from our Sponsors and Partners.
Announcement of results
We will try our best to reveal the winning temas after the bike town closure. Follow FRRuuu channels and you will certainly not miss the results.
Deadlines
Adding/changing/editing player data
The coordinator can independently complete/change/edit the player’s data until September 12th, 12:00.
Editing T-shirt sizes and cuts is no longer possible due to production deadlines.
How to change a player?
In the “My Teams” tab, completely remove the withdrawing player from the team. Then, add a new person to the empty team slot. This will send the registration link to the new participant.
How do I swap players between different teams?
In the “My Teams” tab, hover your mouse over the team position number of the player you want to move, then drag it to the desired position on the other team.

Delivery of starter packs
Starter packs will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase no later than September 9th.
FAQ
Yes, for example, in the event of the resignation of one of the team members, it is allowed to replace or perform tasks for the absent person by another team member.
Instructions for the coordinator
In case of withdrawal, you can register a new player in the “My Teams” tab to complete the team.
If there is no replacement available, please enter one player twice in the “My Teams” tab.
You can make such changes yourself until September 12th at 12:00.
According to the regulations, each participant is required to have a properly fastened helmet. Fun and integration is important, but do not forget about the safety!
FRRuuu is a game for adults only. Participation with a child in a child seat or riding a bicycle alongside is not permitted.
The Organizer allows the possibility of beating the game on a device other than a bicycle. The Participant has the option of using an electric device or other sports and recreational equipment (powered by muscles), designed to move a person in a standing position, which, according to the relevant regulations, can move on bicycle paths (e.g. electric scooter).
