The purpose of cooperation
Playtika cares about diversity in the team, creates a space where everyone has the chance to take part in initiatives that suit their interests, and promotes well-being and a healthy work-life balance. The common goal based on strategic sponsorship was to increase brand recognition on the Polish market, especially in the area of the company’s involvement in sports events and care for employees. The partnership was to emphasize these values, strengthening the image of a friendly company that is committed to the development of its employees.
Purpose realization and strategy
Before the event, in order to increase the company’s recognition, we focused on the exposure of logos and information about the Playtika brand in social media, on the website, but also during webinars. Consistently, during the event, participants were greeted by rich but unobtrusive branding in the form of an effective starting gate and smaller surrounding accents with the partner’s logo.
During the event, the company organized a special rest zone, where participants, fans and children could enjoy free ice cream and a lot of practical accessories with the company logo, such as reusable bottles or raincoats. The brand was repeatedly positioned in the announcer’s announcements and an interview was conducted with a company representative, who emphasized the sponsor’s involvement in various initiatives. The material can be used in summaries and reports – together with the brand’s exposure.





Challenges during implementation
During the preparation and implementation phases, the communication process was conducted in English – not the native language of both parties, which required a correspondingly longer amount of time for full understanding of the arrangements and their subsequent implementation. In addition, as with any outdoor project, the key to success was the weather and contingency scenarios in case of its absence – in order to fulfill the partnership obligations and meet the expectations of the participants.
Effects of cooperation
The cooperation resulted in unique event enrichments – such as the previously mentioned relaxation zone, available to everyone – where free ice cream proved to be an irreplaceable magnet for guests. In addition, an interesting and engaging point of the Playtika brand exposure was a dedicated challenge station on the FRRuuu route. This is an excellent tool for building and strengthening bonds with the brand. A similar role was played by branded gadgets given to participants, such as bottles or raincoats, which were a practical accent and a souvenir from the event, while at the same time emphasizing the presence of the sponsor.

One of our core values is teamwork, embodied in our motto “Run with the pack,” which emphasizes the importance of collaboration in our daily activities. Our DNA is inspired by the fast and agile cheetah, which is on the move and facing challenges, just like the obstacles a FRRuuu participant overcomes in the game!
