BIKE CITY FRRUUU
The FRRUuu 2023 cycling town will be divided into four zones:
- GAME ZONE
- INTEGRATION ZONE
- EXPO ZONE | EXPERIENCE
- CHILL ZONE
INTEGRATION ZONE
The integration zone is a dedicated space for your company in the FRRuuu bicycle town! Create a place for employees to spend time after completing the game.
Integration zones are created to provide employees with a place to regenerate, have fun, exchange experiences and build relationships.

EXPO ZONE | EXPERIENCE
In the EXPO zone, you create a space to promote a brand, product or service in the FRRuuu bicycle town!
A dedicated zone gives you the opportunity to interact with a potential client or employee, enhance your image, present services, product sampling or networking.
Attention! In addition, there will be a designated test route where you can enable the driving experience on your brand vehicle!
Show up at FRRuuu next to companies such as:NextBike, SEEDiA, Urvis, Jobobike, NewBikeDay.

CATERING
After the route, it’s time to regenerate! FRRuuu allows you to organize meals for employees – also in a vegan version (W) and vegetarian (V).
Vouchers can be picked up and redeemed at a designated point at the event.
Catering in individual locations can be purchased until:

- 📍 11/09/23 – Warszawa
- 📍 18/09/23 – Poznań

DEMAND FOR BIKE RENTAL
The lack of equipment does not exclude your employees from taking part in the largest bicycle integration in Poland. Participants can ride the route on their own bikes or apply for renting them before the event. Then it will be possible to pick up the bike free of charge on the day of the event.
Requests will be submitted by the following deadlines:
- 📍 04/09/23 – Wrocław
- 📍 11/09/23 – Warszawa
- 📍 18/09/23 – Poznań
